When something’s broken, misaligned, or just plain stuck, I’m the one people call. I’ve led turnarounds, built teams from scratch, coached leaders through their messiest moments, and created systems that actually work - not just look good on paper.

But I’m not just here to fix things. I’m here to build. I help ideas and dreams take shape, whether it’s launching a new venture, reimagining how a team works, or growing something from the ground up (sometimes literally). I’m a founder, entrepreneur, and investor in Canadian-owned businesses, with a special focus on backing women who are building bold, meaningful things.

I’ve never fit into just one box, and I don’t try to. I'm a businesswoman, a strategist, a storyteller, an organic farmer, an artist, and a founder. I host a podcast that amplifies Bosniak brilliance, write to spark change, and build businesses that blend purpose with practicality. For me, creativity and operations go hand in hand - and complexity is where I come alive.
